Nippon Kodo has masterfully produced the world's finest incense for many years by continuing a line of master craftsmen that goes back at least 400 years. The art of making koh (incense) is very old and highly respected in Japan.

All Nippon Kodo incense sticks, spirals, and cones are 100% incense from top to bottom. They do not have an inner core (such as bamboo or wood) and therefore burn more evenly and with less smoke.
